General Description
This Optical Fiber Converter is a kind of quick Ethernet Media Converter with the function of photo electricity switch over between 1OBASE-TX or 1OOBASE-TX and 1OOBASE-FX. It can extend the conventional 1OM Ether net or 1QOM Quick Ethernet to 120KM via the quick Ethernet Fiber-optical Line. The stable and reliable switch power supply module enables long-term operation and makes it convenient to replace the power supply. Full-duplex and half-duplex optional. The configuration of DTE and MPR functions makes it convenient to connect the similar products.

Both fiber port and TP port of 1OOOM Ethernet Media Converter Series are compliant with IEEE 802.3 and IEEEE802.3ab. With working rate up to 1000mb/s and transmission distance in single fiber up to 80KM, 1000M Media Converter is appropriate for the transmission of city backbone net work. It is mainly used to link Ethernet equipment. It extends the transmission distance of network through its own fiber and electricity transmitting. In the meantime, the bandwidth of network can be up to 1000M. All the 1000M-net work equipment such as media converters and Router can be intercommunicated with it. And it supports the accession in communities, office buildings and enter prises.
